IMCWire Refund Policy
Generally, all charges made for press release distribution are nonrefundable once the release is published or submitted for editorial review. However, you may be eligible for a refund if your press release has not yet been published on any partner media outlets or news sites.
Refunds are processed only for pending or unfulfilled publication orders.
When You Can Request a Refund
You may request a refund if:
Your press release has not yet been published.
You have submitted payment but wish to cancel before publication.
There was a technical error or duplicate payment.
Refunds cannot be issued once your release has gone live or has been sent for distribution.

Processing Time
